Organization: GM Engineering Location: Dhokaliya Village, Rajkot | Gujarat | INDIA Customer Need: Cloud-based control of AC, TV, HDMI, and audio, seamless automation triggered by room access or touch panel, improved training efficiency Project Year: 2025
When GM Engineering sought to modernize its 55-seat training room, the goal extended beyond AV quality—they wanted intelligence. The organization envisioned a system where everything from the air conditioning to display sources could be managed remotely, and where simply unlocking the training room would set the stage for a seamless session. In partnership with Macsys and AV integrator Prime Business Machines, that vision became a reality.
Training Transformed Through Smart Automation
Located on the ground floor of GM Engineering’s Dhokaliya Village facility, the training room now serves as a model of connected automation. The system allows users to initiate a fully prepared training environment with a single action whether from a cloud interface, door access system, or the podium’s built-in touch panel.
One-touch automation: Unlocking the room (via access control or touch panel) instantly powers on the system based on predefined settings.
Preset Sense Logic: Automatically turns on AC, displays, HDMI source, and audio settings to match the session’s needs.
Cloud Control: Admins can operate or schedule sessions remotely—turning the room on or off from anywhere.
